    great amenities

This place suits me perfectly with free parking, flat-screen TV, and wi-fi. The staff even helped me choose a better taxi during my first stay, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it and I'm coming back for a city break.

The location is close to a busy A-road, so don’t expect uninterrupted peace. Traffic noise from passing lorries can wake you up early. Wi-Fi was weak. Plus, the breakfast menu felt a bit limited at first, and the room was small with no seating other than the bed.

Charming stay with a cozy, well-decorated room featuring a comfortable double bed and efficient tea and coffee facilities. Carolyn's warm hospitality made us feel at home, and her breakfast selection, including delicious sausages, was a delightful start to our day.

    cozy atmosphere

We had an amazing stay with friends! The cottage was cozy and clean, making us feel right at home. The host was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to prepare a delicious breakfast featuring top-notch sausages. We appreciated the great location, just a walk away from the Famous Blacksmith's Shop and some lovely local shops.

    welcoming host
    delicious breakfast
    traffic noise
    unreliable wi-fi
    small room

The cottage is ideally situated, just a short walk from major local attractions, including a beautiful village green that enhances its charm. The owner was welcoming and attentive, providing great recommendations for nearby dining options and offering a breakfast featuring traditional bread that was varied and delicious. light traffic noise from the nearby A-road could disrupt peace at times, and the Wi-Fi connection was somewhat unreliable during the stay. the small room size limited comfort while trying to relax beyond the bed.
